Cancellation Policy
- No refunds are provided once booked onto the course. The course covers the set dates provided as described. - If there is a cancellation due to a change of circumstances of the facilities, you will be informed and a rearranged date will be provided. - No refunds will be provided if you can't make any of the sessions, - If possible, please provide a notice if your child will be away, as I can contact players on the waiting list to give them an opportunity to attend sessions. - If there are fewer than 12 children signed up for the session, the session will not run, and as a result you will be provided with a refund of the amount you paid. - Photos maybe taken from time to time for social media / advertising / for the website. Please notify me if you prefer your child's photo not to be taken. - I will add your phone number onto a whatsapp group so you are informed if such circumstances occur.
